How to Book a Picnic…
We want to make your planning easy and fun! Your perfect picnic step by step. All you need to do is follow 3 steps. Don’t forget visit our FAQ page to learn about picnic logistics.
1. Booking
Click on the “Book a Picnic” button below. Fill out the booking form and make sure you include:
- Picnic Package
- How many guests
- Add-ons
- Theme
- Preferred date and location
2. Confirmation
We will text and/or call you to confirm availability and answer any questions. We then send you a terms and condition agreement detailing everything. Once booking is finalized, we will send you an invoice for the 50% deposit to secure your Picnic date. The balance will be due seven days prior to your Picnic Date.
3. Event Date
Sit back and relax and let us handle all the details. On your picnic day, simply arrive, and soak up the fun filled and stress-free atmosphere of your perfectly planned picnic event of a lifetime! It’s as simple as that!
