Do you provide food and beverages?
Each guest at our picnic setups is provided with a choice of flat or sparkling water. For an additional small fee, we can arrange the delivery of your preferred food. Should you opt to bring your own food and drinks, our deluxe luxury picnic package includes place settings for your convenience. While alcohol consumption may or may not be allowed, we kindly request that you follow and observe all local laws and regulations.
Is the picnic decor disinfected between gatherings?
Ensuring a delightful picnic experience is our pride, with your safety and health, along with that of your guests, as our top priority. We meticulously wash and disinfect all pillowcases, inserts, blankets, and throws. Furthermore, we thoroughly clean all hard surfaces.
How long will my luxury picnic be?
Your picnic will be reserved for two hours but can be up to four hours at a rate of $50 per additional hour. In some cases, if you are having a great time and decide you would like to stay a bit longer, you can text us during your picnic and if location and time availability permits, we will happily allow you to extend your 2-hour booking as follows: $50 for each additional hour up to a 2 additional hour max. Please inquire about overnight bookings.
How far in advance should I book a luxury picnic?
It is strongly advised to submit your booking request promptly to increase the likelihood of securing your preferred date and time. We recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance. Subject to availability. We can accommodate last-minute bookings but the picnic will need to be paid in full to include the $100 refundable Damage deposit.
Where can I have a luxury picnic?
Our picnics can be set up wherever you want in Flagler, Volusia, and St. Johns County whether it be a private location (ex.in your house or backyard) or a public location (ex. beach or park). Please consider if you decide to have your picnic at a beach or park, access fees, parking and usage fees and restrictions may apply. Bookings outside Flagler, Volusia, and St. Johns County or locations within Flagler, Volusia, and St. Johns County that are further than 40 miles from exit 289 Palm Coast Pkwy will require a delivery fee, please inquire for information.
How do I book a luxury picnic?
Step 1: Fill out the Booking form by clicking on the “Book Now” button through the “How to Book” on our website. This provides us with all the pertinent information we need to check the date and location availability. We will contact you by phone or text in order to ensure all your questions are answered, details are understood and all your needs are met for you to have the most incredible event possible.
Step 2: We will tentatively set your picnic date on our calendar and send an event agreement to you via email for you to review, sign and return. When we receive back your signed event agreement we will email you an event invoice which will detail the deposit (50% of event) and once received we will email you a confirmation of your payment received within 24 hours.
Step 3: We will send you a final invoice for the balance due seven {7} days prior to your Picnic date. You will simply make that final payment. And you are all set!
What should I expect after I book a luxury picnic?
One week prior to your event we will call you to talk details and reconfirm: Date, location confirmation, start time, number of attendees etc. Please note that if you select a public location (beach/park/etc.) we confirm the exact location we set up one hour prior to your event. We will always decide on a general area with you, but due to the nature of public locations, the exact location will be provided to you as soon as we arrive to set up. (The balance of your payment along with the security damage deposit is due 7 days before your picnic}
What about weather issues on the day of my picnic?
Indeed, Florida’s weather is known for its unpredictability. We ask you to please have an indoor or covered option as a backup plan in case the weather turns unfavorable. If you wish to reschedule due to weather issues, we reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) up to 72 hours before your picnic event. In at no additional charge. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable. Once the picnic is physically set up we cannot reschedule. Picnics for Out of State Visitors: You are also able to reschedule (24-48 hours prior to the picnic date). However, if you choose to wait it out and decide to cancel or postpone less than 48 hours before the picnic date your deposit will be non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
if you need to reschedule your date, we require 72-hour notice. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. The costs of add-on items are non-refundable.
Do you offer gift certificates?
We offer gift certificates! You can purchase them for any amount starting at $100. To order, please send us an email. Gift certificates are a fantastic and unique present for any occasion.
